Antique Heavy Cast Iron Flush Mount Ceiling Fixture, 1910's Two Bulb with Cameo Bust, Charcoal Black

Many cast iron fixtures do not survive grandpa's shed without substantial oxidation destroying the finish, especially iron. This listing is a good example of what happens over time. Through the 12 years of restoring antique lights, this is the second listing on the store of an exact iron base fixture. These fixtures do not come around often.

This listing is of a 2 bulb heavy cast iron cameo flush mount fixture finished in charcoal black. The original condition was horrible with the base thermally stripped of oxidation and decades of many coats of paint removed. For me, I love the detail of the casting.
